Our climate commitment
We do not declare sustainability: we measure it. Our emission reduction trajectory has been assessed and validated by an independent third party, the Science Based Targets initiative, and aligned with what climate science requires. As a 43-person SME in the IT sector, we are among the first in Italy to reach this milestone.

The validated near-term targets are:

It is the most ambitious classification of the Science Based Targets initiative: the targets are consistent with the 1.5°C global warming limit set by the Paris Agreement.
This is the GHG Protocol classification:
Scope 1: direct emissions from company-controlled sources
Scope 2: indirect emissions from purchased energy
Scope 3: value chain emissions, upstream and downstream
For a software company, Scope 3 is the largest share and the hardest to measure.

Because it enters customers' selection criteria and their own reporting obligations. A supplier with validated, measurable targets contributes verifiably to customers' Scope 3, instead of adding untracked emissions.
