We are in the third year of this adventure, a constant journey of professional and personal growth, and today we have a new digital home that best represents our evolution.
An adventure that officially began in March 2015 with the formalization of the merger between Twinbit and Agavee. Two companies, in many ways twins, that had decided to face the future together and merge their identities into a single entity. We had seen it right, and today I feel I can say that with great confidence.
We announced the beginning of this new adventure with these words:
“a name that borrows 2 concepts: the spark of creativity and the concept of solidity. The two founding values that have always guided our work and our vision”
I fully stand by those concepts. Over the past three years we have had to face many technical and business challenges. The greatest challenge has been shaping the future in a constantly and turbulently evolving market, while maintaining a healthy and profitable business and always finding original solutions to complexity.
We have expanded the scope of our service portfolio to support our clients in the diverse processes of digital transformation. The new portfolio is built on three major pillars: Technology, Method, and Strategy; the foundations for devising and implementing an effective digital strategy that supports the challenges of the present and makes the future feel closer.
We have invested heavily in training, in the technical domain with our development team fully Acquia certified for Drupal development, our Cloud Engineers certified as “Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)” and in the methodological domain by certifying all our team leaders as Scrum Masters (Certified ScrumMaster® CSM) and Product Owners (Certified Scrum Product Owner® CSPO). Today our portfolio includes customized training plans that we have already successfully tested with some of our most forward-thinking clients. Because we believe that technology is an effective tool only when governed by an effective approach aimed at maximizing value, eliminating waste, and being measurable over time.
We will use this new channel to share our work and to analyze innovative trends that the market will present, and how to experiment with them to achieve tangible benefits right away. Because “digital transformation” is first and foremost: vision, culture, and knowledge.
